The Hotel de Leydsche Hof is a tiny B&B, with just two rooms in the midst of one of the city's most bustling districts. You'll be sleeping in the middle of the action, but in a relaxed space with an old-world vibe.
The rooms at the Hotel de Leydsche Hof are spacious and decked out with rugs and wooden armchairs. Both offer garden views and provide a TV, coffee and tea maker and mini-fridge. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The private bathrooms are basic and well-maintained.
Loes Piller recently took over the hotel from her father Peter, and she runs the place with her husband, Frits. There aren’t as many rooms as before, since the family turned over much of the hotel for use as apartments. If you can nab one, however, you’re sure to enjoy the same family-friendly touch.
Breakfast (included in the nightly rate) is served in the Leydsche Hof's attractive, wooden-floored dining area.
Note: There's no elevator, and the stairs are steep.
