Located in Amsterdam’s Jordaan neighborhood, the Noordermarkt (“Northern Market”) is a public square that hosts regular outdoor markets. On Saturdays, you can find organic food offerings at a vibrant farmers' market. Mondays, the market is all about textiles. Think clothing, fabrics, antiques and more.

The square is surrounded by cafes and restaurants and it’s an easy walk to other major sights in Amsterdam’s city center.

Also worth a quick visit? The Noorderkerk, a 17th-century Protestant church, which sits on the square and regularly hosts services and organ concerts.
