Located on a side street near Omonia Square, Hotel Marina is in an area very busy with trucks loading and unloading their goods. This could be the mantra for the Marina's neighborhood: get in, get out. In other words, you can use one of the Marina's clean and comfortable rooms as your base for exploring Athens, just don't expect to luxuriate there.
The Marina's lobby is completely lackluster but not representative of the rest of this recently renovated hotel. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable, with deep blue and light beige bedding and carpeting. Beds, closets, and desks come in dark wood, while the accompanying tiled bathrooms continue the blue-and-beige color scheme.
