Airline Sale: US to Europe from $729 (fall/winter travel)

Airberlin today announced a summer flight deal that gladdened our Cheapo-hearts: Fares from the United States to Europe for as low as $729, including all taxes and surcharges. These sale fares are valid for travel this fall and next winter, and include airberlin flights from New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami.

The dates

Book flights by: June 4, 2013

Travel period: September 1 – December 13, 2013, and January 13 – March 29, 2014

Sample sale fares

• From New York: To Warsaw and Krakow ($729); Barcelona, Rome, Copenhagen ($829)

• From Chicago: To Berlin ($859), Copenhagen ($799) and Zurich ($859)

• From Los Angeles: To Dusseldorf ($949), Rome ($899), Zurich ($849)

Sale fares include all taxes and surcharges.

When testing these fares this morning, several rates we found were actually a few dollars lower than those listed above. We’re not complaining!
