Italian low-fare airline Volare just announced its summer fares.

Summer seems mighty far away from where we’re sitting, but it’s a relief to know that Volare is ahead of the game. We’ve got a soft spot for Volare—though we’ve never flown them, in the interest of full disclosure—because their route map is kinda cool.

From Milan Linate, Volare flies to Bari, Brindisi, Catania, Lamezia Terme, Naples, and Palermo in Italy, as well as Paris Orly. Within this field, we’re most excited about the Calabrian hub of Lamezia Terme.

Anything that makes a jaunt from stylish Milan to rustic Calabria both quick and cheap is right on, as far as we’re concerned.
