Borgo Panigale is located just south of Bologna's Borgo Panigale Airport. The neighborhood's train station is a couple of blocks west of Triumvirato Park. From here, passengers can get to the north side of Bologna in one stop.
For those driving, the Autostrada Adriatica is easily accessed here too.
Piazza Maggiore is Bologna's central square and the place to see most of the city's tourist sights. An information center is located in the square itself. Santo Stefano is situated just outside Bologna's inner circle. Via Mazzini is its main artery and public transportation runs along the wide boulevard. Most of the neighborhood has access to the expansive Queen Margaret Park.
Major attractions like the Piazze Maggiore and St. Peter's Cathedral are within a ten-minute walk. For those driving into town, the 'hood is within the confines of the Autostrada Adriatica.
