The K.M. Saga Guest Residence, located on a quiet street just a few blocks east of the Danube, offers delectable rooms in a 19th-century Art Nouveau building.
Eight rooms (and one apartment) at the K.M. Saga are done up with gorgeous Italian-style furnishings. Antique ceramic heaters, refinished wooden pieces, dainty statuettes and specially-imported Italian mattresses are among the pleasant surprises here. Large double-paned windows protect street-facing rooms from noise. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, television, phone, and free Wi-Fi.
Nightly rates include a continental breakfast. Or, the staff can provide made-to-order breakfast for an additional charge.
Rates here are uncommonly low for such a luxurious atmosphere. High style points and great prices translate into a welcoming vibe, which is taken advantage of by a wide range of guests from all over the world.
The K.M. Saga Guest Residence is located just 500 meters from The Great Market Hall and the Museum of Applied Arts, not to mention the Danube.

About the K.M. Saga Guest Residence neighborhood
Formerly Budapest's seedy Red Light District, Józsefváros has reinvented itself in recent years. It's now a fun, eccentric 'hood, home to world music stores, gothic clothing shops, boho cafés and pubs, and the grand neo-classical Hungarian National Museum. Nearby Ferencváros sports its very own savvy student scene.
