Who are we? EuroCheapo is a guide to cheap hotels in Dijon and throughout Europe. We’ve been hunting down the best hotel values in Europe’s most popular destinations since 2001, always looking for places that are central, clean and cheap.
Dijon, the capital of France’s Burgundy region, might be famous for the strong mustard that still carries its name, but tourists and business travelers are drawn to the city for its many cultural attractions, medieval architecture and festivals.
Happily for Cheapos, Dijon is usually welcoming to budget travelers, with small hotels that offer rooms at quite reasonable rates (even in the center of town). Do be aware, however, that visitors to Dijon’s annual International and Gastronomic Fair (which takes place in the fall), should be sure to book their rooms well in advance, as the event draws more than 200,000 people to the city.
