While there are many complaints about the airline's planes and customer service, it remains a favorite for its easy pricing system and its brand aesthetics, which are bright, appealing and fun.

Upside

Nice destination tally in an appealing brand. Friendly and energetic cabin crew and staff.

Downside

Recently found itself in financial trouble.  Cramped planes and very little legroom. 

Baggage

* Carry-on: One piece of carry-on luggage, not to exceed 10 kg.
* Checked: Up to 23 kg of luggage at the rate of €10 per bag. Over this, you will be charged €10 per kg. Note that you must pre-register your checked luggage in advance of your flight. Otherwise, a penalty fee (€20) applies for each unregistered bag.

Seating

You can quickly and easily choose a seat once you've booked your flight on-line. "XL" seats with more legroom are available from €10 to €13, depending on the duration of the flight.

Check-in and Ticketing

Passengers can check-in online from 7 days to 3 hours hours before departure.  It is available for passengers with or without checked baggage.  Those with special needs are encouraged to check-in at the airport.

Departure: Naples, Italy (NAP)

Naples International Airport is the main airport serving Naples, Italy. Location: Naples International Airport is located 7 kilometers (4 miles) northeast of Naples in the Capodichino district of southern Italy. Transport: - Rail: The Alibus shuttle buses run to Napoli Centrale railway station, leaving approximately every 30 minutes. - Bus: ANM buses run to Napoli Centrale railway station and the Piazza Municipio in the center of Naples. The Alibus shuttle buses run to Napoli Centrale railway station and Piazza Municipio in the center of Naples. - Taxi: Taxis are available from outside the Arrivals area. Service: The customer service desk is located on the ground floor of the Arrivals area. There are a number of bars, restaurants, cafes and snack bars located throughout the airport. The duty free shop is located in the Departures lounge, and other retail shops in the Galleria Napoli, on the first floor of Terminal 1. There is a bank located in the terminal, as well as a post office. Two ATM's are located in the Arrivals and Departures areas of Terminal 1. There are bureaux de change in both Departures and Arrivals. There is also a Red Cross center in Arrivals where medical assistance is available 24 hours a day.

Arrival: Malaga, Spain (AGP)

Málaga Airport is the main airport in the Costa del Sol region of Spain. Recently, the airport has seen major growth due to the increased service provided by budget airlines. Among these, easyJet, Ryanair, and Vueling service the most destinations. Location: Málaga Airport is located 8 km (5 miles) southwest of the center of Malaga. Transport: - Rail: A Cercanís commuter train links the airport with the city center, taking about 15 minutes to make the journey, and costing €1.15 on weekdays; €1.25 on weekends. The Malaga airport train stop is roughly 300 meters from the airport building and can be reached by a ramp from the first floor departures level. - Bus: There's also a bus link between the airport and the city, which costs €1. Travelers can take Line 19 from the airport directly into the Malaga city center (the journey will take around 20 minutes). If you wish to travel to other parts of the coast you will be able to catch buses to many different areas at the main bus terminal in Malaga. The bus company Portillo provides service to and from Marbella and other popular destinations. - Taxi: Outside Terminal 1 Arrivals, you can catch a cab at the airport’s main taxi rank. For information on rates there should be a poster on the wall beside the double doors that show the amounts taxis should charge. Also, keep in mind that the taxis have an airport surcharge which is applied at different times of the day. Service: Internet access is available throughout the Málaga Airport. There is a bank with a currency exchange in Arrivals in Terminal 2, as well as many ATMs and a post office in Terminal 1. There are a few places to eat and shop in the airport. Other facilities include a pharmacy, medical service, and an aviation museum.
