Vueling is a Spanish budget airline with several hubs and destinations throughout western Europe. 

While there are many complaints about the airline's planes and customer service, it remains a favorite for its easy pricing system and its brand aesthetics, which are bright, appealing and fun.

Upside

Nice destination tally in an appealing brand. Friendly and energetic cabin crew and staff.

Downside

Recently found itself in financial trouble.  Cramped planes and very little legroom. 

Baggage

* Carry-on: One piece of carry-on luggage, not to exceed 10 kg.
* Checked: Up to 23 kg of luggage at the rate of €10 per bag. Over this, you will be charged €10 per kg. Note that you must pre-register your checked luggage in advance of your flight. Otherwise, a penalty fee (€20) applies for each unregistered bag.

Seating

You can quickly and easily choose a seat once you've booked your flight on-line. "XL" seats with more legroom are available from €10 to €13, depending on the duration of the flight.

Check-in and Ticketing

Passengers can check-in online from 7 days to 3 hours hours before departure.  It is available for passengers with or without checked baggage.  Those with special needs are encouraged to check-in at the airport.

Santiago de Compostela Airport - Lavacolla serves as Galicia’s most important International Airport located on the outskirts of its capital city Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Major budget carriers that provide service to the airport include (but are not limited to) Ryanair, Clickair and Vueling. Location: Santiago airport is located 10 km northeast of the city, in the municipalities of Santiago de Compostela, O Pino and Boqueixon, in the province of A Coruña. Transport: - Bus: Routes run by the Freire autobus company between the Santiago airport and the Lugo bus station (Plaza de la Constitución s/n) as well as to different parts of the city of Santiago (such as Dr. Texeiro, Avenida de Lugo, Bus station and San Lázaro). Service is also provided by the Freire company for Ryanair flights. These Ryanair service routes connect the airport with the Plaza de Galicia in Santiago. Zurich Airport, also known as Kloten Airport, is located in Kloten, Switzerland. Location: Zurich Airport is located 9 km (5 miles) outside of Zurich's city center. Transport: - Rail: The airport contains a Swiss Federal Railway station with trains to central Zurich. Trains take about 10 minutes, and access many other city and tourist destinations across Switzerland. - Bus: The bus terminal is located next to car park 2 and contains several regular bus lines that serve regional towns and villages. There is also a coach network that connects the airport to destinations all over Switzerland, including all major ski resorts. - Taxi: Taxis at the airport can be found outside Terminals 1 and 2. Service: In the Arrivals Hall, there are multiple information desks. Other services include a bank, currency exchange, post office, and Wireless Internet hotspots.
