The "Tito Minniti" Reggio Calabria Airport, also known as "Aeroporto dello Stretto" or Airport of the Strait, was named after Italian Air Force war-hero Tito Minniti who was born in Reggio Calabria. It serves mainly the Province of Reggio Calabria and the Province of Messina, and partially the Province of Vibo Valentia.

Location: The "Tito Minniti" Reggio Calabria Airport is located just outside the town of Reggio Calabria on the southern tip of Italy, directly east of Sardinia.
