Tegnérlunden, located on a quiet street in Vasastaden, is an unapologetically business-minded three-star hotel. Happily for us, it offers budget-friendly rooms with a wide range of amenities.
All of the Tegn&eacuite;rlunden's guestrooms have been recently renovated and seem to focus on simple modern design. Think wood floors, lots of white, and very straightforward. Perfect for a business hotel. The beds and soft duvets sport typical Scandi modern style.
The bathrooms, all of which are private, sport tiled walls and are incredibly clean. Interestingly, the showers are in the corner, set off only by a curtain, and water drains into the middle of the bathroom floor
While rates vary quite a bit, the hotel is an especially good deal on the weekends.
Note: This hotel was visited by a EuroCheapo editor and is recommended based on cleanliness, location, price and overall quality. EuroCheapo did not charge this hotel to be listed.

About the Tegnerlunden neighborhood
Busy and hectic, Norrmalm is the beating heart of today's Stockholm. Characterized by Stockholm's lively Central Station and a slew of tourist draws, the 'hood also has retail shops, department stores, city parks and—to the south on an island—the Parliament. The majority of the crowds here are residents.
