The Dusseldorf Stock Exchange and the central train station are both located in the Stadtmitte neighborhood of Dusseldorf. Southeast of the city's center, Stadtmitte is home to many hotels, bars and restaurants.
The Hofgarden (palace garden) is on the north side of the neighborhood and serves as home to Dusseldorf's opera house and the art museum. A tourist office is located inside the train station at Konrad Adenauer Platz.
