The warm and sunny Hotel XXII Marzo (Hotel 22 Marzo) provides a great escape from gray, foggy Milan days. With its location right on the piazza and a tram stop just minutes away, this two-star hotel struck gold for comfort, convenience and cuteness.

The family who runs XXII Marzo does its best to make you feel comfortable. The decor is pretty simple throughout the hotel, including in the 15 guestrooms, which are done up in a minimalist design. Each room is outfitted with air conditioning, soundproof windows, a telephone and TV.

The private bathrooms are pretty small and basic in design, but they have good-sized showers.

The Hotel XXII Marzo’s staff members always seem to have smiles at the ready. Guests will enjoy free Wi-Fi and a free Internet station. There's also an elevator. While breakfast is no longer available at this hotel, there are plenty of places near by to grab a bite to eat.
