Plebiscito is a neighborhood that's located a half mile southwest of central Naples on the Tyrrhenian coast. The area is easily accessible by public transportation and is full of tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants and cafes. Ovo castle is situated on the coast and a royal palace is near the neighborhood's piazza adjacent to Parco Castello.
An information center is on Via S. Carlo and a funicular going up to Piazza Fuga near Villa Floridiana begins near Teatro Augusteo.
