Ruzafa–Ciencias

The namesake of this neighborhood located southeast of Valencia's city center is the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The ultra-modern complex encompasses a science museum, a dome-shaped IMAX theater and a giant aquarium. The Reina Sofia Palace of the Arts is just north of Pont de Montedivet. The area boasts a number of restaurants and nightlife options. It's possible to walk to the city center from here, although some hotels in the neighborhood may be a bit far-flung.
