Cheap hotels near Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, United States

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is one of the city’s most famous museums, boasting a stunning collection of artistic masterpieces. The museum is located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side at Fifth Avenue and 82nd Street.

The “Met’s” collection includes ancient artifacts, Grecian ruins, Renaissance paintings, 19th-century European masterpieces and an impressive modern gallery. The museum also houses a sculpture garden (in an atrium and on its rooftop) and multiple cafés. The museum’s Great Hall, opened in 1902, overlooks Central Park.
