Paris - Orly Airport or "Aéroport de Paris – Orly" has flights to cities across the globe. Before the construction of Charles de Gaulle International Airport, Orly was the main airport of Paris. Orly still remains the busiest French airport for domestic traffic and the second busiest French airport overall in terms of passenger boarding. Orly is also a major Transavia hub. Other low-cost carriers with multiple routes in and out of Orly include easyJet, Norwegian Air Shuttle, and SkyEurope.

Location: Paris - Orly Airport is located 18 kilometers (about 13 miles) south of Paris, partially in Orly and partially in Villeneuve-le-Roi.

Transport:

- Rail: The ADP Shuttle provides a frequent shuttle link to Gare d’Austerlitz, where RER rapid train service Line C runs to St. Michel, Invalides and Porte Maillot. Orlyval provides a frequent shuttle link to Anthony Station on RER Line B, which has metro connections to Denfert-Rochereau, St Michel and Châtelet-les-Halles, as well as connections to the Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport.

- Bus: The Orlybus runs to Place Denfert-Rochereau RER and the Metro station. The Jetbus runs to the Villejuif-Louis Aragon Metro station. Air France coaches stop at the Porte d’Orléans, Gare Montparnasse, Duroc and Gare des Invalides; a service also runs between Orly Airport and Charles de Gaulle International Airport. The Airport Shuttle runs to and from Orly Airport and central Paris. Also, frequent RATP buses run to various destinations in Paris.

- Taxi: There are plenty of taxis outside the arrivals area which run to central Paris and various suburban destinations.

Services: Both Orly Airport Terminals have automatic teller machines, currency exchanges and a post office. Wi-Fi access is also available throughout the terminals as well as a number of Internet access points. Throughout the airport there are many bars, restaurants, newspaper stands, gift and duty-free shops. Other airport facilities include a medical center at Orly South as well as art galleries and places of worship in both terminals.
