Another small Italian low-cost carrier, Blu-express flies within Italy and to two destinations in France (Grenoble and Nice) and one in Spain (Madrid) from its primary Rome Fiumicino hub and several additional destinations in Italy: Bari, Catania, Milan, Palermo, and—best of all—the southern island of Pantelleria.
