Located just off the main square in the Vinohrady neighborhood, Holiday Home is a well-situated pension that we'd recommend to even our closest friends. Run by owners who live on-site, this small pension will make you feel immediately at home.
Pros: Homey, comfortable feel. Friendly owners. Central but quiet.
Cons: Books quickly. Tiny bathrooms without tubs.
Vladimir and Dana Tesar keep the Holiday Home running smoothly, and are constantly upgrading and adding new features. The 13 rooms sport basic furnishings, TV, telephone, and wooden beds done up in white linen and duvets. Bathrooms are tiny and have only showers, no tubs. Three rooms share a small kitchen stocked with a mini-fridge and tea kettle.
Breakfast is included in the price and served in the nice, basement-level breakfast room. Wi-Fi is also complimentary and available throughout.
The Holiday Home is a great pick for Cheapos who want to experience a quieter, more relaxed side of Prague without sacrificing a central location.

About the Holiday Home neighborhood
Just east of Nove Mesto, this hip neighborhood is dotted with stunning churches, cozy cafes, hip clubs and cheap sleeps to boot. Once (as its name implies) a land of vineyards, Vinohrady today offers a little bit of everything and it's only about a 15 minute metro ride from the city center.
