Cheap hotels near Obecni dum (Municipal house) in Prague, Czech Republic
Among the many Gothic and Baroque buildings in Prague, the Art Nouveau Obecni dum (Municipal house) certainly stands out. An ornately decorated building that dates back to the early 20th century, it is a symbol of the Czech nationalist era.
Today, the Municipal house is mainly known for its concert hall, a massive space (seating up to 1,200 people) that hosts the Prague Royal Orchestra among other events. Tours of the building (including concert hall) occur daily and cost CZK 290 per person (CZK 240 reduced). Check out their website for more info.
