Hostel Atlantis, one of Krakow's many hostel-hotel hybrids, is an unassuming, basic place located on ul. Dietla, just a short stroll from the most charming parts of Kazimierz. It inhabits a sprawling building and shares space with offices.
Décor in the 19 rooms is extremely minimal though also very clean and well maintained. There are a few interesting touches like low tables and squat, rust-colored chairs, but for the most part Atlantis features by-the-book hostel accommodations, with bathrooms that are clean (even by hostel standards).
Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.

About the Hostel Atlantis neighborhood
Krakow's historically Jewish neighborhood, Kazimierz is a quaint warren of tiny alleys and streets southeast of Stare Miasto. Several synagogues along with some churches and the Old Town Hall, form the core of the area's tourist draws. Stradom sits more or less in between Kazimierz and Stare Miasto. It's more modern and contemporary. Both 'hoods benefit from cafes, restaurants and shops.
