The RT Regent, one of four RT hotels in the city (three of which are located in central Krakow), is a 39-room property situated on a quaint, crowded Kazimierz street.
The Regent's rooms are simple and cozy, outfitted in neutral, natural tones. Duvets are appealingly plump. Furniture, in caramel wood, is modeled on early 20th-century design. We were pleasantly surprised by the art nouveau-inspired furniture. Bathrooms sport raspberry tiles and gleaming, newly renovated details.
The Regent has the lowest rates of any of the RT's central Krakow hotels, although rates are a bit higher here than at most of Krakow's smaller hotels. You're paying a bit more for the comfort and assurance of a small chain hotel. This tourist standard also means that there's a restaurant on the premises. Expect to rub elbows with large tour groups in the breakfast room.
