The Hôtel Michelet Odéon has an unbelievable location. Situated on the semi-circular place de l’Odéon, it's one block from the Luxembourg garden and the artwork displayed on its gates all year round. Best of all, the hotel faces the Odéon theater, which hosts world-class performances year-round.
The Michelet is the perfect example of a modern-style hotel that manages to retain a warm ambiance. The staff is young and eager to please, and the grand windows in the lobby provide awesome views of place and the ever-present Odéon theater.
Each of the 42 rooms has a window facing the street (although only eight directly on the place). And all rooms come with a cool flat-panel TV. Bedrooms, freshly painted in complimentary tones, are generous in size. Leopard-print carpets add a modern touch. Bathrooms are big, especially those outfitted with a tub.
The breakfast lounge has another flat-screen TV and black-and-white photographs of Paris.
