The Paddington, is an excellent option for business travellers. It is located right next to Paddington Station making it a very convenient commute both for getting around the city and for taking the Heathrow Express.
The Paddington has an executive lounge, conference room, and Wi-Fi access throughout. Its rooms are 21st-century stylish with leather headboards, dark wood furnishings, flat-screen TVs, computers, frosted glass, throw pillows, and moody lights. In fact, there are so many amenities to play with that one could be overwhelmed by gizmos. Baths are freshly tiled, track-lit, and feature "power showers."
The results are a little "insta-boutique," hinting at a manufactured aura of hip. Contemporary design seems to be all the rage in London right now, and we're generally supportive of hotels having a "look" or "scene" -- but sometimes they seem a little forced.
